Blog Criteria

1. Relevant - It has to be something I am interested in
2. Frugal - I prefer free, or re-purposed, but will settle for extremely low cost
3. Time - Cannot be too complicated, my rule is it has to be done in 5 steps or less when at all possible
4. Uplifting - If there is anything lovely, praiseworthy or of good report, I seek after it
